| Russiarte
is an Association for cultural exchanges with
Russia and former soviet Republics, and an
Art Gallery for contemporary Russian painting.
Russiarte was born from
the meeting between an italian, frequently
in Russia for work, and some Moscow artists,
talented and professional painters, some
already known also abroad, living a difficult
time at the beginning of 90ties. Everything
starts where the artists meet and offer
their works (flea markets, exhibitions,
galleries), first buying, then visiting
the artist studios, later inviting the artists
to come to Italy to paint and finally organising
exhibitions.
Through this activity we have created the
association to promote artists from a fascinating
country not enough known yet.
